Eli Roberts & Sons’ fleet fueling service provides 24/7 access to multiplesecured fueling stations, offering convenience for your employees andfuel tracking for your administrative team.

The setup form below allows you to customize your fleet fueling accountaccording to your specific needs. If you need to make any updates, suchas card identification changes, cancellations, or additions, simplycomplete and submit the form.

We hereby authorize the drivers listed to purchase fuel from the Card-lock & retail store pumps operated by Eli Roberts & Sons, Inc.

It is understood and agreed by owner or authorized officer of the company that they are responsible for any purchase made on their cards. Eli Roberts & Sons must be notified in writing if there is a change in a driver’s privilege. ERS will be responsible for any unauthorized usage after the date that the change notification was received.

Payment is due 10 days from the print date on invoices unless other arrangements have been approved.
